What is Shop Antique 360’s Exchange Policy?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your Shop Antique 360 Wallet for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 40 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

Please mail us at order@shopantique360.com before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 working days of delivery and case should be raised for return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Shop Antique 360’s Exchange Policy?

Any used or broken items by customer sold by Shop Antique 360 or manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

What is Shop Antique 360’s Exchange Policy for Boxer Shorts?

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for unique items specially arranged on demand of the customer.

How do I send the product back?

You can send it back to us on the above address via a cost effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

Can Shop Antique 360 arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?

No, we do not offer this service at the moment.

Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with Shop Antique 360 credits worth Rs. 40 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. These credits can be used on any future purchase of Shop Antique 360’s products.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of Ada Fashion credits.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out?

All orders that come in on a normal working days between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sunday or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.

If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at order@shopantique360.com latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.

Can I get a refund for my prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.
